We provide thorough and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, for children as young as 3 years old through adulthood. The evaluations are designed to assess for the following issues:
- Learning Disabilities
- Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Mood Disorders
- Trauma-related Diagnoses
What to Expect: The Assessment Process
The testing process occurs across multiple sessions, beginning with an intake session with the client or caregivers. This intake helps to guide the assessment process, which will take place over 1-2 more sessions. Testing with children is usually conducted in the morning. All testing is completed in person, and is not offered in a virtual format. The evaluator may ask to speak with your child’s teachers, or ask them to complete some forms about your child. Once the evaluation is complete, you will participate in a feedback session with the evaluator, and will receive a written report of the findings.
If you are interested in a psychological assessment for you or your child, please contact us and our testing service coordinator will follow up with you.
