Rooted Connections means caring for the people who come here and helping them develop their strength through building real therapeutic connections.
Bryan Blaise, MBA (he/they)

Bryan Blaise (he/they) is a PsyD student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University. Before
beginning doctoral training, Bryan earned his Master’s from Columbia Business School and
spent more than fifteen years helping individuals and teams move through periods of
growth, change, and complex interpersonal challenges. His clinical interests center on
supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating neurodiversity and learning
differences, emotional and behavioral challenges, and identity development and
belonging.

With a developmental, trauma-informed, and strengths-based orientation, Bryan views
assessment as an opportunity to move beyond test results and diagnostic labels to provide
families with meaningful insights, deeper understanding, and practical recommendations
that help children thrive at home, at school, and in their communities. He believes that
every child has a unique story that deserves to be understood through their own
perspective and within the context of their relationships, experiences, strengths, and
challenges. Bryan is committed to providing affirming and culturally humble care to
children and families of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, creating an
accepting and collaborative environment where children feel comfortable being
themselves and caregivers feel heard, valued, and included.

What sets Bryan apart is his systems-oriented perspective and enduring curiosity about
how children and families adapt, grow, and make meaning from life’s challenges and
transitions. Bryan recognizes that families often teach him as much as he hopes to offer
them, and he strives to approach each assessment with humility, openness, and a
commitment to continual learning. His goal is to help children and caregivers feel
understood, empowered, and more connected through a deeper understanding of
themselves and one another.

Outside of clinical work and study, you can find him under the blue lights of solidcore, at
the ballet or ballroom studio, reading a good book, baking a new pastry, or spending time
with his nieces and nephew.
