Brandy’s theoretical orientation derives from a multi-cultural framework utilizing cognitive-behavioral approaches with principles of systems and attachment theories. Brandy offers a collaborative, warm, and respectful environment. Brandy’s approach is centered around understanding cultural identities (ethnicity, social group, values, and beliefs) as an integral component towards understanding behaviors, beliefs/thoughts, and informing interventions that would result in high motivation and positive change.
