Sheva is a master’s student at the University of Chicago Crown School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, focusing on children and families. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in empathy, emphasizing safety, trust, and collaboration as key elements of healing.
She incorporates evidence-based practices within a client-centered framework, tailoring support to each individual’s strengths and needs. She also takes a systems-oriented approach to therapy, actively engaging families, schools, and other important collaborators in a young person’s life to create a more supportive and holistic environment for growth and change.
Her experience includes working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective diagnoses. She’s dedicated to helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they build resilience and work toward their goals.
